Talent Plastics Bredaryd offers 2K and 3K, so-called double- injection. This means that we can combine a hard material with a softer one in the same product without any extra assembly. We also offer the opportunity to mold electronics and other technical components into a plastic part. Parts that have previously been assembled at an aftertempo will be finished directly at the injection molding machine. In addition to these advanced techniques, we of course also offer traditional 1K.

Talent Plastics Gislaved is a leading manufacturer of technically injection molded goods. We offer plastic parts from 1 gram up to 3 kg and our machinery is differentiated from 25 to 1,000 tons. Focus areas are products with high finish requirements, insert-molding components and technically advanced plastic materials / tools – in varying volumes and sizes.

Talent Plastics Laxå is a leading manufacturer of technical molded goods for a market in the contract manufacturing industry. Here we offer, among other things, automatic insert-molded components and parts directly to the machine as well as automatic assembly directly after injection molding. We also offer welding to complete products in connection with injection molding. Products we manufacture include tanks and containers for various areas of use. In addition, we offer hot stamping and tampo printing of technical molding in connection with injection molding.

Talent Plastics Tartu today has a technical level that enables high-quality and cost-effective production. Most of the plastic products we manufacture are further processed after injection molding and added value for our customers. We have temperature- and humidity controlled premises for installation of sensitive components. ESD-approved assembly equipment is also available here.

Talent Plastics Tallinn is an injection molding unit with a high degree of refinement. Here we injection mold plastic parts and completely assemble products and complex systems for our clients. About half of what we deliver goes to the automotive industry. High quality and high flexibility are some of the advantages of our business in Tallinn.
