Injection molding
We manufacture plastic parts from a few grams up to several kilos. We have 30 injection molding machines from 35 to 500 tons, of them 2K (100 to 500 tons) and 3K (270 tons) machines make it possible to produce your unique product.
2K /3K
With 2K, so-called double injection, we can combine a hard material with a softer one in the same product without any extra assembly. It can be used for a seal or to create a special feeling on a handle. There are also products with three different plastic materials. The principle is the same as 2K but the equipment is somewhat more unique. In Bredaryd, we also offer the opportunity to mold electronics and other technical substances into a plastic part.
Engraving, printing and marking
- Laser engraving – Fast and efficient method that is performed directly in the mold thanks to our mobile laser equipment. Fits well for date matrices, logos and material designations.
- Tampon printing – A method of printing text, numbers and symbols in color. A silicone pad picks up paint from a cup, presses the paint through a cliché and creates the pressure when it is lifted.
- Laser marking – An additive is added to the raw material, in the injection molding process. It then appears when you laser on the part.
- Hot stamping – A printing technique with a very good finish and abrasion resistance. This means that you print with the help of a color foil that is pressed against the plastic part with a heated cliché.
